Granted, this probably wouldn't count in a real game because of the high stick, but Rob Schremp still has the sweetest penalty shot repertoire in the business. The history of these types of lacrosse-style goals begins with Mike Legg's goal in the 1996 NCAA Tournament, and Sidney Crosby shows off a scoop-and-spin move in a Reebok ad. And I myself was inspired to score a few behind-the-goal scoops on KevNev in my driveway in high school. Of course, it's easier to scoop it up on pavement than on ice, but I definitely saw Kevin D. do it a few times in warm up in high school too.

I saw a vidoe like that one, except it had more of the trick shots and even Mike Legg at the begining. In the one I saw, he did that tween the leg shot that we practiced over and over. And I also agree with you, the first thing I thought was, "That's a high stick!"
