I first mentioned Tom Vek months ago but even after his album made it to America I never got around to buying it. "I Ain't Saying My Goodbyes" is one of the best songs I've heard all year, but the rest of the album was a little flat in comparison. It's not that it's bad, it's just a little odd. And it was this feeling which unfortunately also led me to skip his concert a month back, which I now regret mightily. But in general I do really like Tom's project, so I couldn't help myself from finally picking up We Have Sound a couple days ago.
