Stereogum offered a link to Glide Magazine, which has posted the Radiohead show from September 11, 2001 in Berlin. Good quality, and obviously an interesting day to see one of the world's biggest (and most "socially conscious") bands. I wasn't able to right-click for some reason in Firefox but just click on it and the files are there. They seem to be having some bandwidth issues so try again later if it gives you the "temporarily unavailable" thing.

Elkland is a band I saw open last fall at an Elefant/Ambulance show, and they were pretty good for an 8 pm band. There were some warning signs though: no bass guitar, a dedicated keyboardist with a tiny keyboard (very emasculating), a drummer who wore headphones, and a lead singer who didn't do anything but sing. You gotta be good to pull all that stuff off, and as their first video shows, they certainly don't. This video is one of the lamest things you'll see. It's not a *terrible* song, I'm sure some people will enjoy its catchiness or whatever. But it's just the new wave revival thing gone amok.
Things to watch out for:
1) The Flock of Seagulls homage in the opening shot of the keyboardist. And yes, "Flock of Seagulls homage" is a pejorative statement.
2) Overenthusiastic drummer with headphones, completely oblivious to the wussiness of everything going around him.
3) Just terrible dancing (?) by the lead singer. I challenge you to watch this video and NOT want to punch his face in. I propose he fight the guy from Keane to determine once and for all who is the wimpiest, wussiest guy in rock music.
You know how Bill Walton gets irrationally appalled when some minor, non-fundamentally sound thing happens during an NBA game? That's basically my reaction to watching this...except I almost enjoy it because it's so aggravating.

Dig! came out on DVD last week so I bought it. The star of the movie is probably Joel Gion, who stood at the front of the stage and played tambourine for the Brian Jonestown Massacre, yet for some reason was never called out for this. Anyway, the San Francisco Chronicle has a little article about what Joel's been up to since the end of the movie.

Bliss Pop's April playlist is up, and it's not great, but I do like this:
