New Prodigy album will be released on August 16...the first proper LP (great as the Dirtchamber Sessions disc was, that wasn't a Prodge album) in SEVEN years. FOTL is still one of the five albums I'll take to a deserted island with me. Liam Howlett sent Neko, who runs the best fansite out there, an email with some details. So no Keith or Maxim vocals...not necessarily a bad thing. Should be diesel.

The new Muse CD, Absolution, is quite good. You can listen to the entire album via their website; but why not download "Time is Running Out" from Laprock? Other favorites off the album are "Endlessly" and "Hysteria." Very dramatic, very heavy, industrial guitar sound at times.

Louis CK, my favorite comedian of all time, is coming to Cambridge this weekend. So we're all going, needless to say. I was perusing Louie's website when I stumbled across a link to DJ Hazard's website...he opened for Louie when I saw him three years ago at the Comedy Studio. My blocking group will forever be indebted to DJ Hazard for the phrase, "You cannot imagine the enormity of the fuck I do not give." Funny man. He's also in an indie, indie, indie movie starring Rob Corddry from the Daily Show as a disgraced paintballer who comes back to the game after ten years of infamy. It's called Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story.
