For some reason I haven't gotten around to posting lately. So what's been going on...

Going to Kings of Leon tonight. I'll add pics to my album after I get back. New music worth listening to: Girls in Hawaii, The Von Bondies, and Air. I bought Air's new album, Talkie Walkie this week. I saw Bruce Almighty the other night on PPV. Pretty decent...I'm not pissed about parting with $3.95 to watch it, but I'm not racing to buy the DVD either. Steve Carell (Daily Show) does some serious scene-stealing.

It's weird, I haven't really considered myself a Republican ever, though I definitely have passively supported the Republicans through the vast majority of my life; of course, growing up in Mequon + being raised by a Colonel will do that to you. Still, I have never been interested enough to "vote" in an "election," though I probably will this time around. I just don't find Kerry very inspiring. Check out this Onion article, pretty amusing.

So I'm taking accounting through the extension school, and I was really excited to learn that you can get an fas account when you're enrolled at the e-school--of course I took back my beloved fmadden@fas account when it came up as an option. Unfortunately, I forgot to take into account that junk mail doesn't stop being sent to an account when it stops existing. Within five hours I'd already gotten four or five emails promising me viagra and ciallis. GREAT. Should have fucking gone with madden@fas...
